End User License Agreement (EULA)

Product Names: 911Protect and 9111Rescue

Licensor: Vizion Studio Corp

Licensee: You, the end user

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using 911Protect or 9111Rescue on any platform—including Android, iOS, or web—you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

 

  1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 911Protect and/or 9111Rescue on Android, iOS, and web-based platforms for personal or commercial use, subject to the terms herein.

 

Commercial use includes:

 

Deployment within your business or organization

 

Integration into operational workflows

 

Use by employees, contractors, or authorized agents

 

  1. Restrictions

You may not:

 

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software

 

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties without written consent

 

Use the software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

 

Circumvent any security or licensing mechanisms

 

  1. Platform Compatibility

The software is designed to operate on:

 

Android (via Google Play or direct APK installation)

 

iOS (via Apple App Store)

 

Web-based environments (via supported browsers)

 

Performance may vary depending on device specifications and operating system versions.

 

  1. Updates & Upgrades

The Licensor may provide updates or upgrades to the software. These are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate agreement. Platform-specific updates may be distributed via app stores or direct channels.

 

  1. Data & Privacy

Use of 911Protect and 9111Rescue may involve the collection and processing of data. By using the software, you consent to such data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Support

Support services may be offered at the discretion of the Licensor. These services do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all platforms.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

 

  1. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Arizona in the United States , without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

  1. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.

 

  1. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding 911Protect and 9111Rescue, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
